Maseru, Sep. 02—The Democratic Congress (DC) has been dragged to court following its announcement of a newly elected youth league.
The court application by Bokang Ramabusa as the applicant tables the DC, National Executive Committee, Youth League Executive Committee, Youth League Elective Conference, Electoral Commission for Youth League, Elective Conference (DC), Pheello Sehlabaka, Lebohang Ntsau, Ponts’o Ntjelo, ‘Mats’iu Nyakane, Nthethe Mokotjo, Lineo Rammeleke, Tanki Mthembu, Pakalitha Bokhatsi, Molupe Mare, Sibongile Thobothobo, Sechaba Kalakhosi, Motlatsi Motopi, Mapaballo Nqhobo as the first to 18th respondents respectively.
In the application which is expected to be heard on September 09, Ramabusa requests that the court calls upon the respondents to show cause why the stated prayers cannot be made final and/or absolute to wit. . .
