Thaba Tseka Aug 01 – The District Council Secretary (DCS) says plans are in place to collect and maintain the lorry that was stuck at Ha Letsika for the past few months.
In an interview with the Agency, Mr. Thabo Letlatsa stated that the lorry was not deserted as they had hired a watchman to look after it to stop the passers-by from vandalizing it.
“People were already thinking and calling for help as they thought the truck was abandoned,” he said. . .
