Mokhotlong, Aug. 29 — Former District Administrator (DA) for Mokhotlong Mr. Serame Linake has passed on, his brother confirmed on Friday.
Mr. Mpho Linake said his late brother passed on upon arrival at Mokhotlong government hospital in the early morning hours on Thursday.
He said the late Linake was born on May 05 in 1966 at Linakaneng. He was the fourth child to the late Mr. Karabo and Mrs. ‘Maphomolo Linake.
He is survived by his wife, two daughters and three grandchildren.
Before he could retire from the DA’ s Office after serving for two consecutive terms, Mr. Linake also worked as a member of the Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS).
The late Linake would be remembered amongst others for his love, generosity, kindness and outstanding service delivery.
