Maseru, July 18 — The Office of the Government Secretary (GS) will embark on investigations regarding leaked government information on the list of Lesotho Missions Abroad.
This was said by the GS, Mrs. Teboho ‘Malisebo Mokela in an interview with the Agency, although she was unaware of the trending list when interviewed.
Mrs. Mokela said it is unfortunate that civil servants leak such secretive information which is even titled SECRET, yet they took an oath.
She stated that they escalated the matter to the responsible Ministry which is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations so that tough measures could be taken against a person who leaked this information.
Meanwhile, the Agency has learnt that a list of Lesotho Missions Abroad is trending on social media from the appointment of the Minister Counsellor to that of Drivers.
