Mohale’s Hoek, 05. Dec-The Public Relations Officer from the Ministry of Local Government, Home Affairs and Police through the National Identity and Civil Registry (NICR), department Mrs. ‘Marelebohile Mothibeli, has on Thursday stated that she will not give the Agency’s reporters any news regarding NICR.
