Mohale’s Hoek. Aug,16 — The Acting Director Corporate Services, at the Water and Sewage Company, (WASCO) Ms. Limpho Debeshe, has on Friday affirmed that it is of paramount importance to invest in staff’s health wellness.
Ms. Debeshe stated this in an interview with the Agency, amid a one-day health wellness session held for WASCO’s employees in the Southern region, by asserting that the company is proactive in addressing mental wellness of the staff, so that they remain productive.
She further indicated that sometimes underperformance at workplaces could be due to various reasons like family issues, or financial problems, hence WASCO has decided to seek services of a professional Counsellor, of which there will be one-on-one sessions with employees.
