Mohale’s Hoek, Dec. 19 — The district Magistrate court has advised a 37 year-old man Relebohile T’soeu from Ketane, who is accused of allegedly killing his sister’s boyfriend to seek legal representation to apply for bail on his behalf on December 30 at the High Court of Lesotho.
Ts’oeu is charged with contravening section 40 (1) and (2) of Penal Code Act No: 6 of 2010, in that on December 11, he intentionally and unlawfully killed one Fani Kometsi by hitting him with a crowbar on the head and all over his body therefore committing a crime.
The Agency has learned from a reliable source that Ts’oeu allegedly attacked the deceased after finding him in bed with his sister and stabbed him with the aforementioned object, but the deceased managed to flee the place and hide in a neighbour’s house after finding the key where the owner of the house had kept it.
The source further shows that when the owner arrived she discovered that the key was no longer at the place where she left it and decided to look through the window, only to see a man lying on the bed.
