Leribe, Sept. 23 — The Community Councillor of Kota Electoral Division says the community is in dire need of health services, electricity and educational development to sustain their everyday life.
Explaining to the agency on Monday, Mr. Lebohang Mothobi indicated that his community needs a health facility. He added that the community members walk by foot for about two hours to St. Dennis Health centre, which is far from the village to get services and back to the village . . .
