LAWYER WITHDRAWS FROM CASE

Maseru, Mar.17—Advocate Motene Rafoneke, a lawyer who was given a brief to prosecute a case in which ten army members are charged with the murder of three men whose bodies were recovered from the Mohale Dam, has on Monday withdrawn from the case.

The prosecution was warned by the court to sort their issues soon or it will be forced to release the accused. 

The case was then postponed to Thursday…
