LDF HOSTS BOOT CAMP FOR LGCSE STUDENTS

Maseru, Feb.19 — Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) will host a Bootcamp for students who completed their Lesotho General Certificate of Secondary Education (LGCSE) level and are under 22 years of age waiting to further their studies.

Lieutenant Colonel (Lieut. Col.) Sakeng Lekola from the LDF public relations office indicated that the main reason for the camp is to gather learners in the camp ahead of their application period to higher learning institutions, to shift their focus from whatever the illegal activities they may engage into.

He noted that at the camp, young people perform various activities that include amongst others, patriotism, behavioural change, and getting involved in community activities that positively impact the lives of people. . .
