LESOTHO HAS  SCHOOLS AND CENTERS TAKING CARE OF THE DISABLED -RAPAPA

Mafeteng, August 15—The Minister of Education and Training Mr. Ntoi Rapapa says the sod turning ceremony for the project for the Improvement of Secondary School in Lesotho is the beginning of social effort designed to promote the basic physical and material well being of the disabled and other pupils.

He made the remarks during the sod turning of for the project for the Improvement of Secondary School in Lesotho at Motsekuoa High School on Thursday where he said the country has so many schools and centers taking care of the disabled with challenges hence the need for the the government of Japan to extend a helping hand to those schools for the benefit of the disabled pupils…
