LESOTHO IS NOT ECONOMICALLY INDEPENDENT- KHOAELE

Maseru, Feb 27 — As the nation celebrates 200 years of existence, Lesotho still has a long way to go in reaching economic independence, this was revealed by the Senator Leboea Khoaele during the re-opening of the House from Christmas holidays.

Senator Khoaele indicated that Lesotho is not economically independent as it depends on donations from other countries therefore, the 200 years must bring positive impacts to the public.

He said Lesotho should have achieved many goals by now but due to political instability and other related issues, it is still stumbling, with no sign of improving.
