LESOTHO,SA TO REGULATE BORDER MOVEMENT

Maseru, Feb. 16 — The establishment of modernized services at border posts is reported to be one of the essential services that need to be implemented at the borders to improve services that will enable for easy movement between the two countries.

This emerged at the tour to the Maseru border post that was undertaken by members of Lesotho and Republic of South Africa  on Friday who attended the bilateral border coordination workshop which was officially launched on Thursday.

Speaking at this tour, the Principal Secretary of the Minister of Trade, Industry and Small Business Development, Mr. Thabo Moleko said that the purpose of this tour is to identify and learn of the operations that the two countries face on border control.
