Maseru,Dec.11-The Minister of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police Mr. Lebona Lephema together with the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China Mr. Yang Xiaokun signed the handover certificate for the Fingerprint Examination Laboratory which is courtesy to the Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS).
In his acceptance speech, Minister Mr. Lephema said in 2018 the members of the Lesotho Mounted Police Service were taken for training in China to acquire skills in fingerprint and forensic investigations which he said such skills were going to waste due to unavailability of resources showing that this lab comes at the right time as such skills will be used…
