MATLAKENG WANT FERTILIZERS 

Leribe, Sept. 26 — Amongst issues on Climate change presented, Matlakeng community has shown interest on unavailability of fertilizers since last 2023/2024 summer cropping at the public gathering held at Matlakeng Moreneng in Leribe on Thursday.

The gathering was organized by District Disaster Management Team (DDMT) Leribe supported by Lesotho Lowlands Water Development Project.

Speaking at the event they explained that unavailability of fertilizers has delayed them engaging into summer cropping.

They further stated that by now, they should start planting but they are waiting for fertilizers which they do not know their arrival. . .
