Maseru, Dec. 22 — Bokang Makhetha (22) Paballo Moliana (41) appeared before Magistrate Lebusa Tsosane on Monday charged with murder of Semenyane Mokhoro.
The said accused are charged with contravening the provisions of section 40 (1) read with 109 of penal code Act no. 6 of 2010 (murder)
Makhetha and Moliane on October 14, 2025 at Thaba Tseka, Ha Tsolo in the district of Maseru acting in furtherance of common purpose performed an unlawful act upon Semenyane Mokhoro who was a soldier and the sekoting public bar owner but rented to another individual.
According to the police, officers received a call at around 4:30 am about gunshots at the bar….
