NATIONAL SECURITY SERVICES ACT DECLARED UNCONSTITUTIONAL

 

Maseru, Jun. 21– The Constitutional Court of Lesotho has declared National Security Services Act unconstitutional following the case  in which  Mr. Machesetsa Mofomobe and Moeketsi Shale asked the  court to  intervene after National Security Service (NSS) members served them with a warrant to seize their mobile cell phones.
