Maseru, Oct.16—Democratic Congress (DC) has on Monday, through their legal representative Advocate Motiea Teele (KC) asked the Court of Appeal to set aside new calculations of Proportional Representation (PR) seats made by the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) following the October 07 2022 General Elections.
The party filed an appeal after the High Court through Judges Moroke Mokhesi, Keketso Moahloli and Malebona Khabo granted the IEC an opportunity to correct itself.
