NINETY SEVEN TO RECEIVE TOP UP MONEY AT PITSENG 

Maseru, Sept. 07 – At least 97  Pitseng high school learners will receive M1500 top up money for uniforms in addition to school fees assistance.

Addressing parents and guardians who converged for awareness raising on Basic Education Strengthening Project (BESP) top up,  Bursary Administrator in the Ministry of Gender, Youth and Social Development  said  grade  eight and nine needy from Community Councils  countrywide are targeted.

Mr. Seeisa Mohapi urged parents and guardians  to adhere to project requirements that prioritises uniform for learners so as to boost their confidence. “This will help in improving  academic performance”, he said.

According to Mr. Mohapi, they are currently increasing numbers of beneficiaries into BESP hence their visit to Pitseng, adding  that the money will be awarded soon after completion of this exercise.
