MOET GIVES OUT SCHOOL SHOES TO RAPHOKA PRIMARY

Leribe, Jan. 27 — In alignment with the Back to School campaign held in different parts of the country, the Ministry of Education and Training Leribe gave out school shoes and water bottles to Ha Raphoka Primary School in Leribe on Monday.

The school shoes and bottles were bought by Lesana Financial Services and 12 pupils received school shoes while 91 including teachers were given water bottles.

Addressing the pupils, teachers and the residents, the District Administrator Mr. Letsema Khalanyane said Leribe has performed very well in education, saying the event is the continuation of the celebration following release of LGSE results.

Mr. Khalanyane said the teachers should continue working hard even without resources as this will help the children fend for themselves.

He said this is going to help children even in the coming future to be prominent people in the country.

“Children who fend for themselves work very hard into the future,” he stated.
