Maseru, Aug 17—The new District Administrator (DA) for Maseru says he has been mandated to take the district to another level in terms of growth and development.
Mr. Ts’epo Lethobane told the Agency in a familiarisation meeting with the meeting that in order to realise his cherished dream, he needs the media to be part of change he would like to see in the district.
