Maseru, Sept.23— A pending social inquiry report in a case in which Mphatsoe Ntjelo of Quthing, is charged with the murder of his three children and his younger brother for rituals, has caused further delays as sentencing could not proceed without it.
The sentencing could not go ahead in August and was postponed to today with the hope that the report which was at that time not yet complete would have been available to the court and used for the sentencing.
When the sentencing was initially postponed, the court indicated that there were also papers from ” Friends of the court”, lawyers who have asked to be part of the case, which were yet to be filed and used for the sentencing…
