Maseru, Nov 18 – Prime Minister Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane has congratulated Lesotho senior national squad Likuena following a sterling performance in the 2026 FIFA World cup after holding Nigeria’s Super Eagles to a 1-1 draw.
Likuena and Super Eagles clashed at Godswill Akpabio International stadium in Uyo on Thursday this week.
Prime Minister Press Attaché Mr. Thapelo Mabote said Mr. Matekane has congratulated Likuena for the good performance against Nigeria’s Super Eagles.
He said these congratulatory words were conveyed during his meeting with Minister of Sports, Arts, Culture and Tourism Mr. Motlatsi Maqelepo after the news of the Likuena’s good performance…
