Maseru, Apr.16—–Advocate Rethabile Setlojoane has on Wednesday told the Court of Appeal that his client, Ms. Nonkululeko Zaly deserved a hearing before her contract was terminated by the Prime Minister.
Ms. Zaly who was a Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Trade had her contract terminated by the Prime Minister who stated that he had lost confidence in her adding that their working relations had broken down.
