Mokhotlong, May 21 — Smallholder Agricultural Development Project ( SADP) ll in the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Nutrition ( MAFSN) has embarked on phase lll of youth matching grants.
The calling of the 3rd phase was done in the presence of district stakeholders, local authorities and famers in Mokhotlong on Tuesday.
According to Mr. Relebohile Khathibe, SADP ll Matching Grants Specialist said, the summon is meant to sensitize people on the growth of the project, what it holds, and how the third phase will run. He said the implementation strategy targets youth and every Mosotho who has experience in working within agriculture value chains.
He explained that the project has four components namely; capacity building for climate smart Agriculture ( CSA), improving agricultural commercialization and nutrition, project management, monitoring and evaluation.
