Mohale’s Hoek, June.19 — The Deputy Principal Secretary (DPS) in the Ministry of Information, Communications, Science Technology and Innovation Mrs. Lineo Ramabele-Smith, has on Wednesday officially closed a 3-day strategic planning workshop held for senior ministry officials and development partners.
In an interview with the Agency Mrs. Ramabele-Smith who applauded officials from various departments, stated that regardless of the Ministry carrying out the Strategic plan, the NSDP has already listed priorities to be followed, noting it is indeed going to be effortless to implement the plans as they have already been budgeted for.
In conclusion, DPS highlighted that the government is laying the foundation for integrated digital transformation, which is expected to be fully implemented within a period of 3 years, noting that some plans which might not be in the budget, would be rolled up in the coming financial year. . .
