Maseru, Oct. 09 – The Road Transport Board has finally reviewed transport fares and they are expected to increase from November 01.
Maseru Region Transport Operators (MRTO) Chairperson Mr. Jonase Mokete told the Agency in an interview that they are expecting the board to make a formal announcement this week, confirming that they had heard that fares will increase next month.
Although he could not specify the actual amount in which fares will increase, he said they are satisfied with that decision, saying fares should actually increase annually.
