TSOLO’S FRAIZER SOLAR CASE CRUMBLES

MASERU, Aug.18 — The High Court of Lesotho through Justice Ts’eliso Mokoko has on Monday permanently cancelled the case of Directorate On Corruption Economic Offences (DCEO) against former Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office  Mr. Temeki Ts’olo.

According to Justice Mokoko the DCEO failed to prosecute the case on two occasions while they were given the opportunity on 21 October 2024 due to prosecution absence and the case was postponed to 18 August 2025.

Justice Mokoko indicated that the crown has today failed to subpoena the eleven witnesses before the court and to provide sufficient evidence to support the allegation before the court therefore the case is permanently stayed against the accused. . .
