MASERU — The world is encouraged beyond May 16 International Day of the Boy Child to see and be cognisant in view of the boy child.

An African Social Protection Specialist, David Mbuvi calls all to hear a boy child, understand his fears, his hopes, and his potentials.

May 16 though not recognised by the UN, it is reported to have become a matter to the world in 2018 as Dr. Jerome Teelucksingh of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago made it a project, thus imparting the world. . . .
