URBAN COUNCIL AWARDS STALLS TO LOCAL VENDORS

Botha-Bothe, Apr. 24—In a move aimed at improving town management and planning, the Botha-Bothe Council awarded vending stalls to eight women and one man today. These vendors had applied for official spaces following recent relocations due to upcoming major developments.

During an interview, Mr. Jone Dlamini, Mayor of Botha-Bothe, explained the rationale behind these awards.

“The displacement of street vendors due to development projects necessitated this action. Moreover, we are striving to manage all street vendors to ensure everyone is accounted for,” he stated…
