TSOHA O IKETSETSE PROJECT LAUNCHED

Botha-Bothe, June 10 — District Administrator Mr. Ts’epa Chaba today launched the Tsoha o Iketsetse project, designed to provide vulnerable communities with M500 after participating in developmental projects.

Speaking at the launch at Lerobane in the Pholo-Namane site, Mr. Chaba encouraged the first group, which began work today, to dedicate themselves fully. He emphasized the historic nature of the project and urged the group to take pride in being pioneers.

“The government realized that many people are at risk of dying from hunger without intervention. Despite efforts to cultivate fields, drought has led to poor harvests,” Mr. Chaba said. “I know some may say the money is insufficient, but I urge you to disregard such comments and focus on how this money can support your families, even if just for a short while.” . . .
