Maseru, Dec. 04 – A newly sworn-in woman Councillor for Maseru Municipal Council (MMC 12) – Ha Abia, Mrs. ‘Marethabile Monethi says despite challenges facing different councils today, her plan is to work with the community to realise development within the council.
She said this in a telephonic interview with the Agency on Monday, adding that she and her colleagues are attending a series of trainings under the Ministry of Local Government, Chieftainship, Home Affairs and Police aimed at preparing them ahead of implementation..
