Maseru, Dec.04— The High Court through Chief Justice Sakoane Sakoane, Justice Molefi Makara and Justice Moneuoa Kopo on Monday commenced hearing of a case in which the Transformation Resource Centre (TRC) wants non-complying political parties to be deregistered by the Independent Electoral Commission.
