WORLD VISION LESOTHO SHARES NEW STRATEGY 

Mokhotlong, July 16 — A proposed and new Integrated Programme Framework was presented and discussed by World Vision Lesotho and its stakeholders at the Annual stakeholders review meeting held in the district on Wednesday.

In his presentation, Mr. Motlatsi Taka who is the Child Protection and Safeguarding Programme Manager within World Vision Lesotho said framework is a five-year strategy of 2026/2030 that the organisation together with stakeholders will align themselves with when they provide address the needs of communities they serve especially children.

He said the strategy is expected to enter into force from October 01 this year when the World Vision Financial year begins adding that it will be implemented in two area programmes within Mphokojoane and Menoaneng Community Councils in the district.

Mr. Taka stated that the strategy will focus on further improving child well being issues that include amongst others health and nutrition, spirituality, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) to mention a few. Moreover, the WASH Technical Programme Manager Mr. Kabelo Tseetsana also from World Vision Lesotho said today meeting was intended to bring stakeholders together to contribute in the strategy aimed at improving the livelihoods of communities with children being at the centre. . . .
