Maseru, Oct. 16 — Zakhura Motor Group (ZMG) – Isuzu Lesotho on Thursday officially opened its doors to Basotho at an event held at Ha-Thetsane.
The event was officiated by Prime Minister Mr. Ntsokoane Matekane in the presence of Ministers of Trade, Industry and Business Development Mr. Mokhethi Shelile as well as Law and Justice Mr. Richard Ramoeletsi, senior government officials, business community and Basotho at large.
ZMG Isuzu Lesotho established by Zakhura family originally from Mafeteng was first conceptualized in 2022 after the Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC) issued a “call for proposals” to attract potential investors keen on becoming official ISUZU dealership operators in Lesotho.
In his remarks, the Prime Minister commended LNDC in facilitating investment in Lesotho saying they are pleased to celebrate this milestone.
