CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES HAVE DETERIORATED

Maseru, Feb. 29 — Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS) Deputy Commissioner Paseka Mokete says criminal activities have depreciated over the Christmas holidays, hence an achievement.

This he said during the handing over of command ceremony by outgoing LMPS Commissioner (COMPOL) Molibeli Holomo to the incoming Commissioner (COMPOL) Dr. Mahlape Morai held at the Police Training College (PTC) on Thursday.

He indicated that Basotho still live in fear due to criminal activities saying the police remain committed to rooting out crime
