ACCUSED HAVE ISSUES-MOLATI

Maseru, Nov.04—Advocate Letuka Molai, one of the defence lawyers in a case in which some army members are charged with the murder of Maaparankoe Mahao says the accused in the matter have a number of issues which they want to present before the trial judge.

This he said on Monday before Justice Tseliso Mokoko who was standing-in for the judge presiding over the matter, Justice Charles Hungwe.

The case was scheduled for hearing from today until Friday, but could not proceed as the presiding judge is not available and will only be in tomorrow. The case was thus postponed to tomorrow for hearing…
