Maseru, Sep.11— Some of the accused in a case in which five members of the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) are charged with murder of three men which occurred at Mafeteng in 2012, who are currently out on bail, are seeking variation of some of their bail conditions.
Khauhelo Makoa, Sebilo Sebilo, Tsepo Tlhakeli and Thebe Tsepe were earlier this year granted bail on condition that each pays M5,000.00 bail deposit as well as provide a surety of a Lesotho national and citizen with national identity documents.
