Mohale’s Hoek, July.10 — The Mohale’s Hoek Magistrate court has on Monday postponed a sexual offence case against a 20-year-old man Rorisang Makhisa to July 31, for a hearing of application for discharge.
The accused defence Adv. Lesaooana Mohale made this application on grounds that the accused Makhisa might implicate himself in the charge brought against him if not discharged.
The evidence before the court highlighted that in February 2021, the accused who happens to be the victim’s cousin as their mothers are siblings, was in Braakfontein where the victim stayed with her grandmother, when the latter followed the victim to the bedroom where she was going to bathe. . .
