BAIL APPLICATION POSTPONED YET AGAIN

Maseru, Sept.01 — A bail application in a case in which two politicians, former army commander and army members are among others charged with the alleged 2014 treason, which was on Friday last week and Wednesday this week postponed was today postponed yet again to Wednesday next week.

The postponement was due to unavailability of the presiding judge and the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).

Motloheloa Ntsane and Leutsoa Motsieloa have filed the application seeking to be released on bail due to unreasonable delays in the matter.
