Maseru, Sept 15 – Two weeks before local government elections, Basotho Action Party (BAP) factionalism is escalating, the party’s Director of Communications, Media and Marketing unveils.
Mr. Lepolesa Makutoane told the Agency on Friday that this is after the party’s executive through BAP Leader, Professor Nqosa Mahao presented a letter to Mr. Lebohang Thotanyana, the party’s Secretary General (SG) asking him to state reasons why he cannot step aside from the office of SG in order to attend disciplinary hearing.
