Maseru, Sept.15—The High Court through Justice Keketso Moahloli has on Friday dismissed an application for recusal in a case in which some Principal Secretaries (PSs) are challenging termination of their employment.
The applicants had applied for recusal of the presiding judge in the matter after they had formed a presumption of lack of impartiality on the part of the judge.
