Maseru, Jul. 01—Secretary General of the ruling Revolution For Prosperity (RFP), Ms. Nthati Moorosi
has on Monday expressed concern over gender representation in the newly elected youth league.
Moorosi said the new youth committee is male dominant and this is reason for more work to ensure
gender inclusion in political structures.
Although there were female contestants, the elected committee is only male represented.
The elected youth committee comprises of Mr. Lesala Maphathe who mans the committee as a
chairperson, and his deputy Mr. Malia Khampepe. Messrs. Bokang Molelle, Nkuebe Nkuebe, Patrick
Rangoajane, and Tau Lesoma have been elected Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Treasurer and Public
Relations Officer (PRO) respectively.
