Maseru, Nov 02 – Basotho Action Party (BAP) Deputy Leader Mr. Motlatsi Maqelepo demands to know when the letter the party has written to the Speaker of the National Assembly will be publicly read to the House in order for them to move from the opposition side to join the government.
Mr. Maqelepo stood with the point of order in the National Assembly on Thursday, asking Deputy Speaker Mrs. Ts’epang Tsíta-Mosena as to when the chair will read the letter written by the party which informs the chair about their intention to join the government from the opposition.
In her response, the Deputy Speaker said she was aware of such a letter but that the chair was still working on it and will be read in due course. . . .
