Maseru, July 22 — Basotho Economic Enrichment (BEE) political party Leader, Mr. Litaba Mohatle is hopeful that come September 2023 local government elections, his party has a likelihood of bringing victory home.
In an interview with the Agency a few days after him and others parties signed Independent Electoral commission (IEC) code of conduct for the upcoming elections, he said though they came out with nil constituency during general polls in October 2022, that will become a thing of the past as the narrative will change in this coming local government elections.
