PM COMMITS TO UPLIFTING ECONOMY OF LESOTHO OUT OF SLUMPS

Maseru, Jul. 22 — The Prime Minister (PM) Mr. Samuel Matekane has committed to uplift the economy of Lesotho out of the slump, through amongst other things, private sector development and support.

He made this commitment during the launch of the Lesotho and United Nations (UN) Cooperation Framework, for the years 2024 to 2028 which was held in Maseru during the course of the week. 

He said all this shall be achieved through institutional reforms, to cut off the decay and launch Lesotho onto a new path of economic recovery and national development. . .
