BROKEN PROMISES LEFT RALEQHEKA COMMUNITY IN THE DARK

Maseru, Mar,14 — Residents of Ha-Raleqheka are feeling betrayed and abandoned as promises made by the previous government to establish a police station in their area have yet to come to fruition.

Speaking with LENA on Friday, Raleqheka community councillor, Mrs. Matumahole Kelepa said as the councillors around Ha Raleqheka villages they had rejoiced for a police station to be built in their community, providing a sense of security and comfort to the residents who have long struggled with crime and violence.

However, Mrs. Kelepa stated that as time passed and no action was taken, frustration and disappointment have replaced the initial sense of hope. . .
