CASE FAILS TO PROCEED

Maseru, Jan.13—A case against five army members of the army who are accused of killing three men at Mafeteng in 2012, which was scheduled to resume today before the High Court,could not proceed due to unavailability of prosecution lawyer.

The Court through the presiding judge Justice Polo Banyane stated that it has been informed that Advocate Mosoeunyane Masiphole has been involved in a  car accident. It indicated that therefore the case  cannot proceed today and will be postponed to tomorrow.

The presiding judge warned two witnesses who were before court who are scheduled to testify in the matter to come to court tomorrow…
