CBCPF TO HOLD MEETING

Maseru, May.13 — Issues surrounding animal pounding that many Basotho endure at the Setsoto Municipality in Ladybrand is amongst the burning issues to be addressed at the upcoming Cross Border Crime Prevention Forum (CBCPF) meeting which is scheduled for Friday in Ladybrand

Speaking in an interview with the Agency on Tuesday, the Coordinator of the forum Mr. Litaba Mohapi said that it has come to the forums attention that there are most Basotho whose animals are impounded in Ladybrand and are forced to pay large sums of pounding fees which many fail to pay.

Mr. Mohapi stated that other animals go missing at the pounding area and are reported to be dead though there will be no traces. . .
