Botha-Bothe, Feb. 20 — The Ministry of Health, in collaboration with JHPIEGO as the technical advisor, conducted a sensitization session today for various groups of community leaders on the Test and Treat treatment options available nationwide.
Addressing the meeting held in the district today, Health Inspector Ms. Kananelo Taoana highlighted that, in response to the global impact of the Coronavirus pandemic, researchers have invented tablets that individuals can take upon testing positive for COVID-19.
Lesotho is currently piloting this treatment in all 10 districts after recognizing that there are still individuals testing positive for Covid-19.
